Here at Our Likkle Secret LLC we have a strict no return policy. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Once the item has been shipped to your location, we can no longer accept its return since we have no way of determining if it has been used.
If you receive a product and it is defective right out of the box, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. We will view each order on a case by case basis. If you want to exchange your product for any other reason outside of being defective, we cannot take back your product.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within the amount of days allowed by your respective bank.
Late or missing refunds
Most refunds should be returned to your account within 7 days so if you notice that the money has not been received, first check your bank account to ensure that you did not miss it. If it is not there, contact your credit card company or your bank to see if there was an issue or the transaction is pending.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as a last resort. Please follow these steps because once we issue the refund, the rest is completely out of our hands.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Please check if your item was on sale before contacting us with a refund or exchange request.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
